Eric and I went up there (it's a 15 minute walk along the cycle path) and we dug out the beds where we want to plant our pumpkins and courgettes. These need loads of room, so we had to uncover some of the soil which was under the plastic and re-dig that area.
This basically means another bed on the north side and a longer strip long the short east side (far end of the photo). You can see it on The Plan more clearly as the pumpkin beds, and courgette bed (N3). Beds S1-3 are currently under plastic - these will be uncovered and put into action next year.
We also did the all important jobs of watering the seeds and feeding the crow. We bring peanuts for him especially! :D
