We went down today, pretty much expecting to be picking up the pieces after all the wind of the last couple of days. However, it wasn't that bad, and wonder of wonders, the bottle "mini-glasshouses" are still all present and correct!
The polytunnel was not so fortunate though. It managed to rip itself free of half the pegs and was trailing from the other half. Fortunately no plants were harmed. I put some netting over the framework, which will help to cut the wind down at least.
On the plus side the potatoes are looking great!
Lastly the crows were back, and once again they enjoyed peanuts at my expense :D
